Can WiserPages CRS handle multiple hotels?
Yes. In fact the entire system was designed to handle multiple properties/locations.
I want something added to WiserPages CRS. Can this be done?
This much depends on what you require. Generally speaking the answer is yes, especially
if it will add to the overall functionality of the system. If the change requires
a re-write of the core code then it is still possible (but not altogether guaranteed).
How secure is WiserPages CRS?
Very. Although normal precautions for online applications apply. Use strong passwords
(at least 8 alphabetical AND numerical characters).
Can I install WiserPages CRS onto my own server?
Unfortunately no. We do not allow this so we can ensure that the service offered
is to a consistantly high quality.
Why is WiserPages CRS so cheap?
WiserPages operates from Asia - although the system itself is hosted in California,
America, so the cost of running a business is very low compared to Europe/America/etc.
This allows us to be extremely competitive with our prices.
How do I setup/link to WiserPages CRS?
To link your website to your personal system in WiserPages CRS is as simple as putting
a link on your current site. Upon signing up we provide the exact details (e.g.
http://www.wiserpages.com/res/yourhotel). This normally takes only a few minutes.
We are also more than happy to provide assistance for you - although we would require
your ftp information.
How long does the system take to setup?
Depending on the size and complexity of your Properties/Hotels, it can take anything
from a few minutes to a couple of hours. As always, we will be more than happy to
assist you.
Does WiserPages keep transaction records?
Yes. In fact our system keeps records of any and all transactions you wish to enter
into it!
I don't have a website, do you provide one?
Of course, we would be more than happy to assist you setting up a new website and
domain name of your choice! (e.g. www.yourhotel.com). Plus we can setup a direct
POP3/Web based email address for you! (e.g. yourname@yourhotel.com).
Can the system be customized to suit my current website?
Your logo is used throughout the site, and the front page that guests see can be
adjusted to fit your site's current style.
